AIM would like to thank everyone who helped make our 2nd Annual Wine Tasting a great success. The event was held April 2nd at the Atkins Legion Hall. Tracey Cahill from Global Wines was present to talk about the nine different wines that were being showcased. After the wine tasting session, 21 delicious desserts were auctioned off by Dan Kaestner and the Kaestner Team.
Because of your support we are $3,500 closer to completing the kitchen and building permanent restrooms at the Atkins Soccer Park.

On Monday, September 4th, your Waste Management team will observe Labor Day. All collection the week of September 4th – September 8th will be delayed by one day. Collection will be delayed for all services.
Wednesday service will be Thursday, September 7th
GOLF CART rules are in place to keep our community safe so please remember that to operate a golf cart in Atkins a person must be (16) years of age or older.
Also golf carts are not allowed on the streets after dark, or permitted on Parkridge Rd, 33rd Ave, or sidewalks other than to make a direct crossing.

Design: Watermelon Theme…All drawings must be done on 8 ½ X 11 sheet of paper. You can use up to 6 colors. You can also do your design on the computer and submit disc along with paper
All designs must include date (Aug 5-6) and “Atkins Watermelon Days”. All designs must be signed and include phone number. If under 18, parents’ permission is needed to use design, if chosen.

Prize: A free t-shirt and $25.00. You may choose to have your name on the front!
