Starting next month you will see changes on your City of Atkins water bill.
The sewer and water rates will be increasing to cover the operations of the water and waste water treatment plants.
There will also be an additional Sewer Debt Fee of $15.00. This is to help pay for the building of the Waste Water Treatment Plant.
There will be a late fee of $15.00 for payments not received by the due date.

The Atkins Public Library will be closed Saturday August 4th for Watermelon Days.

Special THANK YOU to all who helped with VBS. We could not have made this such a huge success without each and everyone of you! The children learned how God is with them wherever they go. They enjoyed water games and even a rock wall climbing adventure. The children ended VBS with our Deep Sea Discovery float at Watermelon Days. God is good!
