Annual Notices to properties with Unknown Service Line materials have been mailed in November 2024. This is the notice received by households where the materials of the water service line are unknown to the City.
Annual notices are required by the EPA and DNR until the materials are known by the City. If you received this notice, please follow these steps to verify the water service line in your home:
- EPA has developed an online step-by-step guide to help people identify lead pipes in their homes called Protect Your Tap: A Quick Check for Lead. It is available at: https://www.epa.gov/ground-water-and-drinking-water/protect-your-tap-quick-check-lead.
- Complete and return this SURVEY as indicated.
