About the Pavilion
The City of Atkins Park Pavilion is a fully equipped event space available for rent to individuals, families, and organizations. The pavilion features a full kitchen with two refrigerators (with freezers), a microwave, and an electric stove with oven. Additional amenities include separate male and female restrooms, heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and 10 tables with 64 chairs.
Rental Rates
Rentals are available as a full day (8:00 am – 9:00 pm) or half day (8:00 am – 2:00 pm or 3:00 pm – 9:00 pm).

Proof of Atkins residency is required at the time of reservation. Accepted forms include a current photo ID or a utility bill showing an Atkins address.
A $100 security deposit is due no later than 7 days before your rental date. Deposits are refunded within 14 days following the event, provided the facility is returned in satisfactory condition and all rules have been followed.
Non-Profit Organizations
Qualified non-profit organizations may be eligible for a rental fee waiver. Atkins community-based non-profits that primarily serve the local community may be exempt from both the rental fee and the security deposit. All other qualifying non-profits are exempt from the rental fee but are required to pay the standard $100 security deposit. A Non-Profit Annual Use Agreement must be completed with the City at the start of each calendar year. All rules and cleaning requirements apply to non-profit users without exception. Reservations
Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Your reservation is not confirmed until the following have been received: the completed application, rental fee, signed agreement, and a copy of your driver’s license. The City of Atkins reserves the right to refuse rental privileges to any person or group.
Pavilion Access
All entry to the pavilion is managed through a keypad door code. A unique access code will be provided to the applicant via phone or email by City Hall or the Library Director the day before the reserved date. The code is valid for the reserved date only and must not be shared beyond the renter’s immediate party.
Please note that the door system records a time-stamped log of all entries. Early entry before your scheduled start time or remaining past your reserved end time will result in forfeiture of the full $100 security deposit. No exceptions will be made.
Video Surveillance Notice: The City of Atkins maintains video surveillance cameras on the pavilion premises for the safety and security of the facility and its users. Recorded footage may be used by the City to verify compliance with the terms of the rental agreement, including entry and exit times.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will receive a full refund of the rental fee. Cancellations within 30 days of the event, or no-shows, forfeit the rental fee. The security deposit is subject to deductions per the deposit fee schedule regardless of cancellation timing.
